Mepal Outdoor Centre has been purposefully developed to provide a wide range of outdoor leisure activities so that
there is something for everyone, regardless of their age.

During the school hol days and at weekends, both children and adults are able to try various supervised activities together such as sailing, canoeing, climbing, trampoline, high ropes and orienteering and coaching courses are also
available. Teen Challenge, a new programme just for teenagers, features paintballing, watersports, climbing, target
shooting, archery and high ropes. The Adventure Play Park for Tots to 12s is great fun with a climbing tower, roundabout, slides, swings and a huge sandpit with a crane. A special covered activity playarea for under 5s ensures that every the smallest visitors are not overlooked. The Adventure Zone for 8-12s provides a challenge
with rope climbs, scrambling net, hang ladders etc.. At the weekends and during school holidays canoes, rowing boats and pedalos will be available to hire.

Admission to the Centre and the Playpark is £1.70 (under 2’s), £2.50 (2-12 year olds. Everyone over 12 years is free but the playpark facilities are not available to children over the age of 12. The centre is open daily from 9am -5pm and is situated on the A142 between Sutton and Chatteris., less than 40 minutes from Cambridge.
