Welcome to the new Kids Direct website for Ely families!

Kids Direct magazine was first published in the Cambridge area in 1995 as a small 16-page family magazine. It was a hit from the beginning with both parents and advertisers, and its continued success and growth (with the launch of an edition for Ely, Soham & Newmarket in 2003) can only be attributed to the loyal support of the people in the communities that it serves.

The aim of the magazine and web site has been to provide local parents with information that is useful, practical and up-to-date, and whilst I do keep my 'ear to the ground', I do depend on other parents to help keep me up-to-date, particularly as my own children are now nearly all in their teens. So if you see anything on this site that needs amending or know of something or somewhere that you think should be included, please do get in touch.
