Roller Tots courses for 3-5 year olds on Tuesday mornings plus Rollerkidz for 5-13 year olds on Sunday mornings at Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre. Courses run during term time and are for six weeks. All coaches are fully qualified and CRB checked. Courses also held in Stowmarket and Thetford.

Junior & Senior classes available and beginners always welcome. Tuesday evenings at Horringer Court Middle School, Thursday evenings at Westley Middle School and Sunday evenings at New Green Community Centre - 6.30pm - 7pm (Red Dragons Karate Club for 4-8 year olds) and 7pm - 8pm (EKKA Karate for 8 years +).

A fast, fun and very exciting sport, open to anyone, you just need to be able to skate a little. The club welcomes beginners from age 7 upwards and runs training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Contact the Club Secretary for details.

Kickboxing coaching for children and adults with a fully qualified and CRB checked coach. Sessions in Woolpit, Walsham-le-Willows, Debenham, Stanton and Haughley Green.

Tae Kwon-Do classes for children aged 5+ and adults in Bury St Edmunds and Mildenhall. Beginners catered for as well as more advanced students.

Fun, Yoga inspired classes for children aged 3 -12 yrs. Creative games, breathing exercise and relaxation techniques. Enabling children to grow up calmer and self assured. Approved by the Schools Sports Partnership.
